Please take note of the following information:

1) After purchasing the Gold Membership, the discount rate will be applied to your next purchase.

2) After purchasing the Gold Membership, please allow us 3-5 business days to verify the payment and process the order. You will receive an email informing you of the effective date of the Gold Membership, which is valid for 365 days from the date the email is sent (as per YesNutri records).

3) As a Gold member, you will earn one YesNutri member point for every dollar spent (HK$) on the YesNutri website.

4) Upon logging in as a Gold Member, you can enjoy a 40% discount on standard-priced products (indicated by a strikethrough price).

Please note that this discount does not apply to some products such as combo and other products priced below 40%.

5) When you purchase a Gold Membership, you will receive an additional 5000 points.

6) As a Gold member, you are entitled to a complimentary one-on-one consultation with our nutritionist (maximum one time). To schedule an appointment, simply call our customer service hotline (852) 3464 0302 at least one business day in advance. The consultation can be conducted via phone call or WhatsApp. The duration is a maximum of 15 minutes.

7) YesNutri (referred to as “the Company”) only assists selected merchants in distributing coupons or products. All information regarding the coupons and products, including the accuracy of ingredient details and usage instructions, as well as any related legal and ingredient responsibilities, are unrelated to the Company and its employees. For further information, please contact the relevant merchants directly.

8) All member information you provide must be accurate. We will use your personal information to enhance your experience on this website, manage your account access, and perform other purposes as described in our privacy policy.

9) YesNutri will irregularly send promotional information and membership communications to online store members via SMS, email, social media, or WhatsApp.

10) YesNutri reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the online store membership system, promotional content, and membership qualifications at any time without prior notice. YesNutri reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
