人體不可缺少的膠原蛋白

年齡超過25歲的人士,體內的骨膠原蛋白水平會隨著老化過程每年遞減1.5%。[1-2] 身體骨膠原蛋白減少會增加膝蓋及骨骼關節痛的機會,延長受傷骨骼和肌肉的復元時間。[1-2] 當年齡達45歲的時候,體內的骨膠原蛋白質便會累積減少30%。[1-2]

 

有助構成軟骨及結締組織的成分

膠原蛋白(Collagen)是人體結締組織中的主要成分,佔體內蛋白質總量的三分之一,是構成皮膚、骨骼、肌腱、軟骨及血管組織的重要材料,補充足夠的膠原蛋白,能更有效活化結締組織,使軟骨強韌及富彈性,令關節更靈活。[3-5] 研究指出水解膠原蛋白能有效補充身體因老化而流失的膠原蛋白,[7-8] 這功能不但對我們的肌肉和關節有修補功效,亦有修補破損頭髮、滋養毛囊、潤澤頭髮及指甲的效果。[7-8]

 

硫酸軟骨素(Chondroitin Sulphate)是一種由鯊魚或牛的軟骨組織提煉出來的天然軟骨素。[9-11] 這軟骨素可潤滑關節及幫助結締組織存起水分,避免骨關節磨損而引起的疼痛及關節變形,對維持軟骨的形態和功能有重要的作用。[9-11] 硫酸軟骨素還可以防止酵素破壞軟骨和提供身體軟骨的組成元素。[9-11]
