Direction

Below 3 years: take 1 softgel capsule daily. Pierce or twist to open the tail of the softgel capsule. Squeeze and mix the content into drinks or food.

3-5 years: chew one softgel capsule daily;

6-11 years: chew two softgel capsules daily;

12 years or above: chew three softgel capsules daily;

or as directed by physicians.
