Delivery
- Free Delivery to Hong Kong on orders over HK$ 500 (actual price). (Except Remote areas and any addresses and areas that require special warehousing) For those orders less than HK$500 (actual price), customers should pay the delivery cost upon delivery (i.e. paid by receiver).
- We will also provide the delivery services to the places outside of Hong Kong, the delivery fee as long as the credit card service fee is subject to quotation, and the cost shall be paid by the customers, please contact our customer service team for details.
- We are using Hong Kong SF Express to deliver the parcels for the local orders. After successfully placing an order, we will send the order tracking ID to you by email and you can keep updated about your order delivery status anytime, anywhere.
- Hong Kong SF Express offers parcel delivery service to-door address in industrial, commercial and residential area, SF Store and SF Lockers.
- We endeavor to ship within 3-7 working days upon receipt of a Confirmed Order (Except Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays). However, this is subject to the stock availability.
Self pick-up at our San Po Kong office:
- The business hours of YesNutri are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
- Please collect your order within 30 days after confirmation. Any uncollected items may be recycled or disposed of, and no refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.
Refund arrangement
- Upon receipt, If you found any product quality issue, please contact our Customer Services hotline at (852) 2323 7988or by email [email protected] 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- We will arrange to replace items or refund after deducting delivery expenses based on circumstances.
